From the start of our 6 week stay in Rancho Sin Vacas, Kimber was amazing to work with. She made it so easy to keep extending our original 30 day reservation as we kept encountering delays with the construction of our new home in Tucson.

The Villa is surrounded by lush desert landscaping and has a nearly private patio with its own gas grill. The landscaping provided us with a birders paradise. So many different birds constantly singing right outside our windows. All startup supplies that you need are there including pool towels. It is a short walk to the well maintained outdoor pool, spa, clubhouse and exercise room. Very convenient covered parking right outside the front door.
The views from the Villa are absolutely breathtaking. There is easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and La Encantada shopping mall. We felt very secure knowing there was a gatekeeper on duty 24/7. There were plenty of linens, towels, 2 coffee makers - a Keurig and a smaller drip pot, very strong Wi-Fi and a very comfortable king bed. Just perfect
