Property Manager
Kimber at Solterra was very responsive and easy to work with. There were no hidden charges or nasty surprises. Andrew, the host was great and available when needed. It's much easier to work with local people than a company that knows nothing about the specifics of your house or your neighborhood.
I've already recommended Solterra to my friends who are interested in Tucson for 2025.
Property
The home was perfect for our needs. It was professionally cleaned and looked that way. There was plenty of space, a pool that was well heated, a well-equipped and clean kitchen with plenty of utensils, pots pans, etc. The outside gas grill worked very well. The description of the house was accurate, and the posted pictures were accurate as well. My husband and I loved the hiking trails accessibility.
Five stars for this house.
